Senior Serve

Senior Serve is a special sit-down, catered dinner where each senior sells tickets for guests to sit at their table. Students choose a theme and decorate their table to match, then serve and wait on their guests throughout the evening.

The event also features a silent auction, live auction, and dessert auction.

This is ProGrad’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and we need everyone’s participation to make it a success!

We get this question a lot — how expensive is it to participate?
The good news: it’s entirely up to you!

Your participation can be very budget-friendly if you follow a few simple tips:

🎟️ Sell the tickets to your table to cover your costs.
🎀 Keep decorations simple by using items you already own. The only requirement is a cloth table covering.
🎁 Get auction items donated — friends, family, or local businesses often love to help!
🍽️ Use what you have! Most serving items can come straight from your own kitchen — no need to buy anything new.

A meaningful event doesn’t have to be expensive — creativity and community go a long way!
